(French – Carottes Rapees Au Jus De Citron)
Experience the refreshing tang of Carrefour’s Grated Carrots With Lemon Juice. This deli-favorite is made with 80% carrots, finely grated to create a delightfully crunchy texture. The carrots are then marinated in a special blend of rapeseed oil, MOUTARDE, vinegar, sugar, and select spices, before being finished with a splash of concentrated lemon juice for that zesty kick. This product is carefully crafted to ensure maximum freshness and flavor, with every bite offering a delicious carrot crunch with a citrusy aftertaste. The addition of xanthan gum as a stabilizer ensures a consistent texture, and the preservative potassium sorbate maintains its quality. Please note that it may contain traces of CELERI.
